Rev. Paul Turner

Rev. Paul Turner is pastor of St. Munchin parish in Cameron, MO and its mission, St. Aloysius in Maysville. A priest of the diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, he holds a doctorate in sacred theology from Sant' Anselmo in Rome.

His books include The Catechumenate Answer Book (Resource Publications, 2000), Your Child's Baptism (Liturgy Training Publications, 1999), The Hallelujah Highway: A History of the Catechumenate (Liturgy Training Publications, 2000), The Catholic Wedding Answer Book (Resource Publications, 2001), Let Us Pray: A Guide to the Rubrics of Sunday Mass (Liturgical Press, 2006), When Other Christians Become Catholic (Liturgical Press, 2007), and Celebrating Initiation: A Guide For Priests (World Library Publications, 2008). He writes "Bulletin Inserts" for Ministry and Liturgy. He is a former President of the North American Academy of Liturgy and a team member for the North American Forum on the Catechumenate. He serves as a facilitator for the International Commission on English in the Liturgy.

Joyce Ann Zimmerman, CPPS

Joyce Ann Zimmerman, C.PP.S., is a Sister of the Precious Blood from Dayton, Ohio, who taught high school mathematics and religion for fifteen years and then taught in universities and seminaries. Since 1991, she has worked full time in pastoral liturgical education.

She is the founding director of the Institute for Liturgical Ministry in Dayton, Ohio and is the founding editor (1992) and columnist for Liturgical Ministry (published quarterly for three years by the Institute for Liturgical Ministry and now by Liturgical Press). She is the director of the two-week Liturgy in a Formative Environment experience (L.I.F.E.) and is the editor and lead writer for the annual publication Living Liturgy: Spirituality, Celebration, and Catechesis for Sundays and Solemnities.

Sr. Zimmerman is an adjunct professor of liturgy at the Athenaeum of Ohio in Cincinnati; a liturgical consultant; past advisor to the Bishops' Committee on the Liturgy; member of the national Roman Catholic/Reformed Churches Dialogue; a frequent facilitator of national workshops and programs on liturgy, spirituality, and other related topics; and is an award-winning author of numerous books and articles on liturgy and spirituality. She holds both the civil and pontifical doctorates and is a member of the North American Academy of Liturgy (for which she is also editor of their journal, Proceedings) and the Catholic Academy of Liturgy. She is the recipient of the Notre Dame Center for Liturgy's 2008 Michael Mathis Award.

Rev. Paul H. Colloton, O.P.

Ordained for the Order of Preachers (Dominicans) of the Central Province, Rev. Paul H. Colloton holds a Doctor of Ministry in Practical Theology (D.Min.), with a concentration in Word and Worship, from Catholic Theological Union, Chicago.

Father Colloton has over 40 years of experience in pastoral ministry as preacher, liturgical musician, educator, pastoral minister, spiritual director and clinician. He taught presiding at CTU as part of his doctoral studies and as an adjunct professor. He has written articles for Eucharistic Minister, Pastoral Music, AIM, Today’s Liturgy and Liturgical Ministry.

He has conducted workshops in presiding, both for lay leaders and the ordained, liturgical music and the music documents, the General Instruction of the Roman Missal 2000, the Order of Christian Funerals, The Third Typical Edition of the Roman Missal, and spirituality. In addition to his work as Director of Continuing Education for the National Association of Pastoral Musicians (NPM), he is a weekend priest-presider at St. Rose of Lima Parish, Gaithersburg, MD and Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Vienna, VA. He is currently in a three year period of discernment about transfer of vows to the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, Wilmington-Philadelphia Province.

Linda Gaupin, CDP

Linda L. Gaupin, Ph.D is a Sister of Divine Providence from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is currently the Director of Faith Formation at St. John Vianney parish. Linda has served as the Chairperson of the Theology Department at La Roche College, Pittsburgh; Director of Worship for the Diocese of Wilmington; the Associate Director of the Secretariat for the Liturgy for the National Conference of Catholic Bishops; and recently served as the Senior Director of Religious Education for the Diocese of Orlando. She has a M.A. in Systematic Theology from Loyola University in Chicago and a M.A. and Ph.D from The Catholic University of America. She is a noted author and speaker on the topics of liturgy, catechesis, and sacramental catechesis. She is the author of the new sacramental program “Embracing the Vision: Sacramental Catechesis for First Reconciliation and First Communion” published by Twenty Third Publications and also distributed by Harcourt Religion.

Jerry Galipeau

Dr. Jerry Galipeau is Associate Publisher at World Library Publications, the music and liturgy division of J.S. Paluch Company, in Franklin Park, Illinois. Before coming to World Library, he served for fifteen years as Director of Liturgy and Music at parishes in Florida and Illinois. Jerry presents keynotes and workshops throughout the United States and Canada on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, liturgical spirituality, ritual music, evangelization, and adult spiritual formation. Past chair of the Board of Directors of the North American Forum on the Catechumenate, Jerry has been a frequent team member for Forum's institutes.

A popular parish mission presenter and retreat leader, he earned the Doctor of Ministry with a concentration in liturgical studies from Catholic Theological Union at Chicago in 1999, where he is presently an adjunct faculty member. His popular blog, “Gotta Sing, Gotta Pray” focuses on issues on music, liturgy, Christian initiation, and the upcoming new translation of the Roman Missal.

Jerry’s articles have appeared in Catechumenate, Liturgical Singer, Pastoral Music, Today’s Parish, Rite, and Church magazines, as well as Sourcebook for Sundays and Seasons. Jerry’s books, music, and CDs are published by World Library Publications.

Norma García

Norma García es presentadora de talleres de música y liturgia y Cantor/Salmista a nivel nacional y también en la Arquidiócesis de Chicago, donde ha servido como ministro de música desde su niñez. Paluch and is the Associate Music Director at St. Edna Parish in Arlington Hts., IL., where she trains the cantors, directs the Children’s Choir, Youth Choir and the Teen/Young Adult Choir. Norma received her liturgy training through the Master of Church Music program at Concordia University in River Forest, IL, as well as through the certification program at the Liturgy Institute of Chicago.

James Jordan

James Jordan is considered to be one of the most influential choral conductors and educators in America. His more than eighteen books covering rehearsal and teaching pedagogy, conducting technique, and the spirituality of musicing, as well as numerous DVDs and recordings, have brought about far-reaching pedagogical and philosophical changes not only in choral music but also in the worlds of orchestral conducting, wind conducting, piano, and music education. The Choral Journal has described his writings as “visionary.” Renowned American composer Morten Lauridsen dedicated the third movement of his Midwinter Songs to him.

One of the country’s leading choral artists, Dr. Jordan is Senior Conductor at Westminster Choir College of Rider University, where he conducts the Westminster Williamson Voices and the Westminster Schola Cantorum, and teaches undergraduate and graduate choral conducting. Over thirty works have been premiered by the Westminster Williamson Voices, including the works of Mantyjaarvi, Custer, Ames, Hill, Whitbourn, Henson, and Wilberg. Dr. Jordan also conducts Anam Cara, a professional choral ensemble based in Philadelphia that has received critical acclaim for its recordings.

Wm. Glenn Osborne
Director of the Office of Music for the Diocese of Orlando

As Director of Liturgical Music for the Diocese of Orlando, Florida, William Glenn Osborne plans music for all major diocesan celebrations and serves as a consultant to clergy and musicians throughout the diocese on liturgical, musical and personnel issues. Before coming to Orlando, Mr. Osborne served as Director of Music at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany, NY. He studied organ, improvisation, and composition in Aix-en-Provence and Lyon, France, and earned degrees from Westminster Choir College and the University of Notre Dame. In 2008, he was invited to make orchestral arrangements for the Papal liturgies in New York.

Very Reverend Robert Webster is Director of the Office of Liturgy for the Diocese of Orlando. His degrees, both pastoral and pontifical, are from Saint Mary of the Lake Seminary, Mundelein, Illinois. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the FDLC and chairs the Standing Committee for Clergy for the NPM Council. He is also the pastor of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Clermont, Florida.

Dan White is a Catholic Christian, married with three children (Rebecca, Caitlin, and Christine). He is a member of St. John Vianney parish in Hacienda Heights, CA. He is an architect and liturgical consultant, and owns Daniel D. White - Architects which specializes in the design of worship space. He belongs to the American Institute of Architects and the Association of Consultants for Liturgical Space. In addition to his work, Dan volunteers at his parish in all aspects of liturgy, Youth Ministry, and as chairman of the parish fiesta. For the archdiocese of Los Angeles, Dan is a member of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Liturgical Commission and the Office for Worship’s Liturgical Design Review Committee. Dan also serves as Master of Ceremonies at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.

Renee Worrell

After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Agriculture, Renee Worrell has been part of Disney’s Horticulture at The Walt Disney World Company for over thirty-one years.
Throughout her career with the company, Renee has worked in many aspects of Disney’s Horticulture including: Arboriculture, landscape maintenance, and Greens (special events such as weddings, conventions and film and tape).
Renee currently works as Area Production Planner for the Walt Disney World Nursery. Her responsibilities include working with Walt Disney World Imagineers to design and create Disney characters into living plant sculptures (topiary), procurement of plant materials, and global topiary maintenance throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Renee oversees seasonal projects, supports Disney Cruise Line with any horticulture needs and is on the advisory committee for Valencia Community College.
Renee is a recent recipient of the Disney’s Legacy Award, recognizing cast members for their outstanding accomplishments.
